Software Maintenance Service
Synclude offers maintenance services for our software. If you want to receive regular updates for the Synclude software licences you have purchased, this is your solution. The yearly maintenance service is worth 1/3 of the price of the license you have purchased.
Our Maintenace Service Gives You:
- Immediate access to software errors corrections;
- Immediate access to new features implemented in the software;
- Priviledged contact with Synclude, for example when you request new features to be implemented;
- Membership to our maintenance mailing list, where we announce updates, newly found issues or pitfalls, and other information relevant to the use of our software.
Why should you take the Synclude Maintenance Service?

- We cannot guarantee that there will be a new software version every 2 months, or even every 2 years: it all depends on the finding of any software error and on new feature ideas, which our customers or ourselves might have.
- Free as per Synclude Software Maintenance Agreement.
- The maintenance service price may increase if the license price increases.
- Maintenance service renewal is optional and not automatic.
